How to install KBiVMS on computer
- Step 1 : Run the installation file KBiVMS_setup just downloaded from the link above
- Step 2 : Tick select KBiVMS and Storage Service and then click Next
- Step 3 : Choose the installation directory and select Generate shortcut and then click Install
- Step 4 : Click Finish to finish installing Kbvision camera viewing software on your computer
Instructions for using KBiVMS on computers
Sign in to KBiVMS
- Step 1 : Open the software (at the first time will ask you to create a login account)
- Password: You set it yourself
- Password Strength: display the strength of the password
- Confirm Password: Re-enter the password you just set
- Auto Login after Registration: Automatically login
- Click Next to continue
- Step 2 : Create a security question and answer on KBiVMS and then click Finish
- Step 3 : Click Login to log in to KBiVMS
How to add a KBiVMS . device
- Step 1 : Click New select Devices
- Step 2 : Click Add to start adding Kbvision cameras to the software
- Step 3 : Choose to add a device via IP Domain or P2P in the Manual Add window
- Device name: Enter the device manager name
- Method to add: Choose IP/Domain or P2P
- IP/Domain name: enter the domain name you bought
- (SN (Serial number): Enter Serial number under the input terminal)
- Username: Enter the username in the recorder, for example: admin
- Password: Enter the password to log in to the recorder
- Finally, you choose Add
- Step 4 : The green indicator light means the camera has been successfully added to KBiVMS
How to view KBiVMS camera on computer
- Step 1 : Click Live View at the main interface of KBiVMS
- Step 2 : Double click on the device you want to see on the device list
How to review the KBiVMS camera on a computer
- Step 1 : Click Playback at the main interface of the software
- Step 2 :
- Click on the arrow in front of the device name you need to review
- Select the Kbvision camera to review (as many as you like)
- Select the time period to review (up to 24 hours)
- Select “ SEARCH ” to search for recorded camera data.
- Step 3 : Click the Playback icon on each Cell and then click the Play button
- Step 4 : Option to fast forward, pause, resume playback
To avoid encountering the situation that KBiVMS cannot open, you should only watch about 4-9 cameras . It is possible to watch more, but if the Internet is weak, there may be slight lag while watching Kbvision cameras on the computer.
