Download and use iVMS-4500 Lite Vietnamese for iPhone and Android
iVMS 4500 Lite is Hikvision 's mobile camera monitoring application , available on iPhone and Android phones. Through iVMS-4500 Lite, users can manage Hikvision CCTV , DVR, HD-TVI Camera, IP Camera, NVR, etc. Key features of Hikvision iVMS 4500 include:
- Watch live video up to 16 channels
- Remote playback of cameras on the iVMS-4500 . app
- Control PTZ (Pan-Till-Zoom) and get motion alerts from camera
- Supports trigger and preset configuration, as well as brightness correction.
- Support snapshot and video recording
- Manage up to 256 sets of devices. Device profiles can be added/removed/modified.
- Hik-Connect Integration – Hikvision's P2P Cloud Service
How to download ivms 4500 for phone
- iPhone : Go to App Store search for “iVMS-4500 Lite” or click here to download.
- Android : Go to CH-Play search “iVMS-4500” or click here to download.
Note: If you are downloading iVMS-4500 on your iPad will download iVMS-4500 HD (HD version has a slightly different screen, this guide only covers iVMS 4500 lite version)
How to install ivms 4500 on phone
- Step 1 : Open iVMS-4500 on your phone Select allow sound and icon notifications
Notifications should be allowed to receive tone alerts. You can configure the information of App iVMS-4500 in the settings.
- Step 2 : Select Region Vietnam , Asia and then click Enter
Add device to iVMS-4500 on phone
To be able to manage Hikvision cameras on the iVMS 4500 app, you need to add the device to this software first. There are 4 ways to add new devices such as DVR, NVR, Camera… on iphone, android and ipad phones:
- Method 1: Add devices using Hik-Connect account
- Method 2: Add device by IP/domain name
- Method 3: Add a device by scanning the QR Code
- Method 4: Add a device using the Hik-connect domain
Add devices using Hikconnect account
- Step 1 : Open Menu on ivms-4500 software Select “Not logged in”
- Step 2 : Click Login (Authorized login By HIK-Connect)
In there:
- Register HIK-Connect: Create a new Hik-connect account on iVMS-4500
- Forgot Password: Retrieve login password with phone number or Gmail
- Step 3 : Click on the device name and select Start Live View

Add device by IP/domain
- This method is used to add a device (video recorder) that has a free or paid domain installed, for example: “natutool.dyndns.org”
- Hikvision camera view over IP/Domain faster, smoother image, high stability. But rarely used because customers need to buy more domain names.
- Step 1 : Open Menu on ivms 4500 Vietnamese Select “ Devices ”
- Step 2 : Click on the “ + ” sign Select Manual Assignment Fill in the information Click Save
- Personal name: You can give it yourself, whatever name you want (Should be lowercase, no accents)
- Registration mode: In this way we use IP/Domain mode
- Address: Declare the IP address or Domain address of the IP camera or video recorder
- Port: default is 8000
- UserName: declare the UserName of the device (default is admin )
- PassWord: Enter the correct password of the device (Note: All Hikvision IP cameras and recorders are required to set a new password at startup, so you need to remember the password during the initial installation)

Add devices by scanning QR Code
- Step 1 : Select Menu on ivms 4500 mobile Select “ Devices ”
- Step 2 : Select the “ + ” sign Select Scan QR code
Please open the device's QR code before scanning, then insert the phone into the QR Code (printed on the recorder) to scan for the Serial Number and information of the Hikvision device that needs to be added to the iVMS 4500 . In addition, you can also select Album to upload photos from the gallery if you have the device's QR code again
- Step 3 : Select the “ + ” sign to add an input device to iVMS 4500 software on iPhone or Android
Note: If the iVMS-4500 application requires entering the device authentication code printed on the label: Enter the Verify code in the form of ABCDEF on the recorder if no authentication code is provided (if changed, enter the current code. ).
- Step 4 : Select the recorder to watch and click live view

Add devices using Hik-connect domain
Requirements: The device has been registered and assigned a Hik-connect domain. This method is complicated, so it is rarely used by customers.
- Step 1: Go to Menu on ivms 4500 for phone Select “ Devices ”
- Step 2 : Click on the “ + ” sign in the upper right and select “ manually assign ”
Declare the domain parameters Hik-Connect Domain on the camera viewing application iVMS-4500 for phones :
- Personal name: Choose a custom name – Example: natutool.com
- Registration mode: Open the menu and select “Hik-Connect Domain”
- Device domain name: Select Hikvision device in the drop-down menu to add to iVMS-4500 software
- Username: default username is ( admin )
- Password: enter device password
- Press “ SAVE ” as shown below to finish adding devices using Hik-Connect Domain
- Step 3 : Select “Start Live View” on ivms-4500 for iPhone

How to review Hikvision cameras on iVMS 4500
- Step 1 : Go to Menu on ivms-4500 for iPhone/Android phones Select “ Remote Playback ”
- Step 2 : Select the camera icon , then select the time interval , select the device and start playback
During remote playback on iVMS 4500 / iVMS-4500 Lite as below. You can drag the blue slider to fast forward to the video you want to review. And click twice on the screen of any 1 camera to zoom in on the full screen.
Extract Hikvision camera data on iVMS 4500
- Step 1 : Select the camera, press twice to enlarge the camera to extract data
- Click the drag icon for the 1st time to start recording
- Click the scissors icon a second time to end the recording
- Step 2 : Select the time period to extract the camera to the phone
- Step 3 : Open the recording file on iVMS-4500 and download it to your phone
- Step 4 : Select the video to save on the Share icon to download or share via social networks
- Step 5 : Delete unnecessary videos on iVMS 4500 when downloaded to your phone
